Overview
This project focuses on designing a Meeting Room Booking app for large offices, allowing employees to check room availability in real-time and book meeting spaces quickly and efficiently. The app provides a seamless booking experience for both urgent and short-term reservations (10-15 minutes) while managing multiple meeting rooms across different locations.
The app is designed with flexibility in mind, featuring a simple and intuitive user interface that allows users to filter by room availability, book instantly, and manage existing reservations. Users can also view details like the room's location and availability of alternative spaces.
A key aspect of this project was to ensure that the system accommodates the needs of large organizations, where booking meeting rooms can often become complicated. The solution incorporates real-time status indicators, a dynamic booking timeline, and a streamlined cancellation/modification process to ensure a smooth user experience.
Additionally, the app is built with scalability in mind, allowing for future feature expansions while ensuring that the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) provides all essential functionalities for an organization’s immediate needs.

The Meeting Room Booking App is designed for simplicity and speed. The middle button in the navigation bar allows users to quickly book a nearby room on their floor that is available, ensuring a fast booking process.
On the Home page, users can view their upcoming bookings, rooms available now, and a full list of meeting rooms. Each room displays its location, maximum capacity, and available features. To book a room, users simply select the duration, date, and time. A reminder message will be sent 15 minutes before the meeting.
For managing bookings, reservations can be quickly canceled by swiping left or through the room information page. Users can also modify the date and time of a booking directly from the same menu, ensuring flexibility and ease of use.
